If you are unsatisfied with our products, you may return your purchasing within 20 days of the shipping date with the original package. and bear the corresponding shipping costs
1. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping. we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. If the product quality problem needs to be returned or exchanged, once approved, the return shipping cost will be borne by our seller
2. contact us at sales1@smartspower.com. If item is defective or damaged in shipping. Taking all detailed pics and email us, once approved, we will send you the new item. In all cases, the buyer is responsible to return the products to the vendor.
3. We do not accept any returns after 20 days from shipping date.
4. We do not accept the exchange of products, so please carefully read the product descriptions or email us for more product details before placing the order.
5. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will refund your payment within 3 working days. If your order has shipped, please contact us first, We will return the refund to the original account about 3 working days after receiving your returned goods, the accurate time depends on the bank or account situation
6. If your return is accepted, we' ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package back. Items sent back to us without contacting with us first will not be accepted.(The mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application)
